Full Job Description
We are seeking a senior leader to lead Revenue Strategy & Operations for Reddit's Global Large Customer Sales (LCS) channel. This role will serve as the operating partner to the global LCS leadership team, helping translate company and channel strategy into clear goals, disciplined execution, and measurable revenue outcomes across regions, verticals, and customer segments. You will own the strategy and operations that drive LCS growth-from annual and quarterly planning through weekly performance management, forecasting, resource allocation, and execution of the highest-impact growth initiatives. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, Business Operations, and other cross-functional leaders to improve sales productivity, unlock new pockets of demand, and scale a globally consistent go-to-market model. This is one role that will lead Strategy & Operations for the Global Large Customer Sales channel. The role is required to be based within commuting distance (50mi) of one of our North America sales hubs in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, or Toronto. Responsibilities: • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Global LCS leadership team, shaping channel strategy, priorities, operating model, and investment decisions. • Lead the annual and quarterly planning processes for Global LCS, partnering with Finance as well as regional and vertical sales leaders to build credible goals, capacity plans, coverage models, and resource recommendations. • Establish and run the global business rhythm, including weekly revenue and pipeline reviews, monthly and quarterly business reviews, executive reporting, and mechanisms that turn performance signals into action. • Build a single, trusted view of LCS performance across regions, verticals, customer segments, pipeline, revenue, forecast, productivity, retention, and product adoption; improve the quality and speed of decision-making through clear operating information. • Own the LCS forecasting process and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, inspection, risk identification, and accountability. • Use first- and third-party market, customer, and competitive data to size opportunities, identify whitespace, prioritize segments, and develop programs that expand Reddit's share of large customer advertising budgets. • Partner with regional and vertical sales leaders to refine and scale a globally coherent go-to-market strategy while adapting execution to local market dynamics, customer needs, and commercial maturity. • Develop repeatable playbooks and operating mechanisms that help LCS teams launch, ramp, and scale new sales programs, products, and routes to market with measurable outcomes. • Identify and lead strategic initiatives that improve sales productivity and commercial execution, such as increasing customer-facing time, strengthening pipeline generation, improving deal progression, accelerating product adoption, and reducing operational friction. • Build strong partnerships across Finance, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, Data Science, Business Operations, and other teams to remove revenue blockers and align cross-functional execution to LCS priorities. • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global organization of strategists, operators, and analysts, including people managers; create a culture of analytical rigor, accountability, collaboration, and high-quality execution. Qualifications: • 15+ years of progressive experience across sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related functions; experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media, or a scaled technology platform is required. • Experience managing multi-tiered teams, including people managers, and building organizations that operate effectively at global scale. • Significant experience leading strategy and operations for a complex, multi-region sales organization, ideally with exposure to large enterprise or strategic customer segments. • Deep understanding of digital advertising, media, platform monetization, and marketplace dynamics; experience with large customer sales, agency ecosystems, and/or global go-to-market models is required. • Strong business judgment and analytical problem-solving skills. You can move from an ambiguous question to a clear framework, an executive recommendation, and disciplined follow-through. • Demonstrated ability to build operating cadences, planning processes, forecasting systems, dashboards, and performance mechanisms that improve business outcomes. • Proven ability to influence senior executives and align stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and other functions without relying on formal authority. • Structured systems thinker who balances strategic vision with operational detail and can move fluidly between market opportunity, organizational design, data, and execution. • Strong technical and analytical fluency, including experience with CRM, sales planning, business intelligence, and data systems; comfortable partnering with data, finance, and engineering teams to improve reporting and automation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex ideas clear and compelling for executives, sales leaders, and frontline teams. About Reddit

Reddit is an American social news aggregation, web content rating, and discussion website. Registered members submit content to the site such as links, text posts, images, and videos, which are then voted up or down by other members. Posts are organized by subject into user-created boards called "communities" or "subreddits", which cover topics such as news, politics, religion, science, movies, video games, music, books, sports, fitness, cooking, pets, and image-sharing. Submissions with more upvotes appear towards the top of their subreddit and, if they receive enough upvotes, ultimately on the site's front page. Although there are strict rules prohibiting harassment, it still occurs, and Reddit administrators moderate the communities and close or restrict them on occasion. Moderation is also conducted by community-specific moderators, who are not considered Reddit employees. As of September 2021, Reddit ranks as the 19th-most-visited website in the world and 7th most-visited website in the U.S., according to Alexa Internet. About 42–49.3% of its user base comes from the United States, followed by the United Kingdom at 7.9–8.2% and Canada at 5.2–7.8%. Twenty-two percent of U.S. adults aged 18 to 29 years, and 14 percent of U.S. adults aged 30 to 49 years, regularly use Reddit. Reddit was founded by University of Virginia roommates Steve Huffman and Alexis Ohanian, with Aaron Swartz, in 2005. Condé Nast Publications acquired the site in October 2006. In 2011, Reddit became an independent subsidiary of Condé Nast's parent company, Advance Publications. In October 2014, Reddit raised $50 million in a funding round led by Sam Altman and including investors Marc Andreessen, Peter Thiel, Ron Conway, Snoop Dogg, and Jared Leto. Their investment valued the company at $500 million then. In July 2017, Reddit raised $200 million for a $1.8 billion valuation, with Advance Publications remaining the majority stakeholder. In February 2019, a $300 million funding round led by Tencent brought the company's valuation to $3 billion. In August 2021, a $700 million funding round led by Fidelity Investments raised that valuation to over $10 billion.
