Role OverviewLocation: Tampa, FL (On-site, 5 days/week) - Must be based in or willing to relocate Mad Mobile seeks a strategic Director of Revenue Operations This is a senior individual contributor role with unusually broad scope. You will work across Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, Marketing, Finance, Product, Compliance, and Legal, and partner with our Salesforce engineering team on delivery.
The role is a heavy data and systems role. Successful candidates should possess expertise in database management, business analysis tools and AI modeling.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Revenue Operations & Process - Design and implement scalable revenue operations frameworks to support Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Partnerships, focusing on process efficiency and alignment with financial goals.
- Optimize GTM processes, including lead routing, pipeline management, and forecasting, in collaboration with department leaders and our Restaurant GM.
- Build and maintain scalable revenue models (e.g., SaaS ARR, GMV) to support predictable growth and align with CFO-led financial planning and forecasting.
- Implement and manage enablement tools, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), dashboards, and reporting frameworks, to enhance team productivity and visibility.
2. Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Alignment - Streamline end-to-end revenue processes across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to reduce friction and improve efficiency, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to refine sales playbooks, forecast cadences, pipeline analytics and compensation plans to drive growth.
- Run the Company's deal desk working with Sales to structure profitable deals.
- Partner with Customer Success to enhance retention strategies, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Support Partnerships by developing scalable processes for channel enablement and affiliate programs, aligning with revenue goals.
3. Data-Driven Insights & Analytics - Establish single source of truth for key SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR, and churn
- Build executive dashboards providing real-time visibility into revenue performance and pipeline health
- Analyze conversion funnels to identify bottlenecks and drive measurable improvements in key metrics
- Support board and investor communications with accurate forecasting and growth analytics
4. Technology & Systems Optimization - Manage and optimize RevOps tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, billing, analytics)
- Drive process automation to eliminate revenue leakage and improve team productivity
- Ensure seamless data integration and integrity across all revenue-generating systems
- Evaluate and implement new tools to scale operations efficiently
5. Collaboration with Finance & Executive Leadership - Partner closely with the CFO to align revenue operations with financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide data-backed insights to support board and investor communications, including revenue forecasts, pipeline coverage, and growth metrics.
- Act as a strategic liaison between Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure cohesive execution of revenue initiatives.
Key Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in data and business analytics.
- This position is a heavy data role. Candidates should have expertise in databases (preferably Snowflake), BA tools and AI agents.
- Proven track record of implementing scalable revenue processes and improving operational efficiency in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn) and financial modeling, with strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue operations tools, with experience optimizing tech stacks for GTM teams.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on process automation, data integrity, and operational scalability.
- Experience supporting financial reporting and working closely with Finance teams under a CFO's leadership.
- Knowledge of payments and fintech is a plus, though not required.
