Purpose
The Director, Revenue Management will work to identify and develop strategies that help drive growth and improvement across Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Products. This includes the design and review of financial models that analyze risks, costs, budgets, and overall financial implications of key initiatives. Ensures that the business is achieving maximum results while leveraging efficiencies across products portfolio. Takes ownership of pricing adjudication for business customers on cash management products and operating deposits

What You'll Do:

Strategic Pricing and Revenue Optimization
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic pricing, repricing, and revenue optimization initiatives across the GTB product portfolio.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance revenue growth, profitability, competitiveness, and client value.
  • Analyze pricing performance, client behavior, industry trends, and competitive positioning to identify commercial opportunities and pricing actions.
  • Establish customer segmentation, pricing frameworks, and governance processes that support differentiated value-based pricing strategies.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to evaluate, prioritize, and implement pricing decisions.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and impact assessments to support pricing strategy recommendations and investment decisions.
  • Monitor pricing performance through key metrics and reporting, providing recommendations to improve commercial outcomes and portfolio profitability.
  • Oversee pricing adjudication and governance activities across Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Cash Management, Payments, Commercial Cards, and related solutions.
  • Ensure pricing decisions appropriately consider client value, market conditions, product utilization, delivery channels, risk, and strategic growth objectives.


Billing & Pricing Transformation
  • Lead the strategic transformation of billing and monetization capabilities to support growth, scalability, and enhanced client experience.
  • Define and execute the target-state billing operating model, including technology, data, processes, controls, governance, and performance measurement.
  • Drive modernization of billing infrastructure and capabilities to support product innovation, commercialization, and revenue growth.
  • Establish enterprise billing standards, controls, and best practices that improve transparency, accuracy, and financial discipline while reducing revenue leakage.
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, Product, Finance, and Sales teams to simplify and automate billing processes and workflows.
  • Champion digitization and automation initiatives that create an efficient, scalable, and client-centric billing ecosystem.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations on billing performance, transformation priorities, and operational effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve billing, pricing, and revenue management processes through continuous improvement and change management initiatives.


Product Portfolio Optimization
  • Drive portfolio performance by delivering revenue, sales, profitability, and growth objectives across the GTB product portfolio.
  • Lead financial planning activities, including product forecasts, business performance reporting, and articulation of key financial drivers.
  • Develop risk-reward strategies that optimize portfolio profitability while maintaining alignment with the Bank's risk appetite.
  • Build business cases and investment proposals to support strategic initiatives, commercialization efforts, and prioritization decisions.
  • Develop market, client, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategies, growth opportunities, and go-to-market plans.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and financial modeling to evaluate strategic initiatives, business development opportunities, and portfolio optimization decisions.
  • Maintain and enhance key performance metrics, dashboards, and benchmarking frameworks to measure business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support strategic sales initiatives, including RFP responses, pricing proposals, and client solutions that maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Lead analytical workstreams and strategic projects, providing actionable insights, recommendations, and execution support for key business priorities.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to leverage data, analytics, and market insights that advance GTB strategic objectives.


Risk, Leadership & People Management
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent through coaching, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Promote effective risk management practices by ensuring business decisions align with the Bank's risk appetite, risk culture, and regulatory obligations.
  • Maintain strong governance and control frameworks to manage operational, compliance, AML/ATF, conduct, and reputational risks.
  • Ensure effective execution of business controls, processes, and oversight activities in accordance with enterprise risk management frameworks and policies.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities to support strategic transformation and business objectives.

What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of management experience, including in Product management or Strategy role(s).
  • Undergraduate degree (or equivalent diploma) required; graduate degree an asset; specialization in Finance, Strategy, Analytics, Business, or Marketing
  • Understanding of GTB Products financials and P&L levers
  • Strong strategic thinking and results focus skills
  • Thorough knowledge of the Canadian banking financial services marketplace, customer segments, and the Bank's relative competitive position within those market areas
  • Strong facilitator, with the ability to lead team of senior contributors to overall objectives
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and working cross-functionally
