  • Partner with Sales, Commercial, Finance and Marketing on business planning
  • Provide pricing and trade guidance at portfolio and customer levels, assessing risks
  • Oversee post-promotion analysis and optimize promotional strategies, including eCommerce tactics

Full Job Description
job purpose: The Director, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) - Bottler & eComm will lead RGM strategy and execution for the fairlife® Bottler and eCommerce businesses. This role is accountable for shaping and delivering multi-year revenue and profit growth through effective pricing, pack, and trade strategies across fairlife's portfolio, including Core Power® High Protein Shakes.

The role works closely with the Coca-Cola Bottlers and actively participates in Bottler governance routines to align on strategy, secure buy-in, and drive consistent execution across the system. It also partners closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to translate strategy into customer-level execution, providing insights and guidance that support sustainable, long-term growth.

  • Establish pricing guardrails and channel-specific trade strategies to ensure market coherency and margin delivery, with strategies tailored to the Bottler system and eCommerce environment.
  • Partner closely with the Coca-Cola Bottlers and participate in Bottler governance routines to align on pricing, pack, and trade strategy across the system.
  • Partner with Sales, Commercial, Finance and Marketing to support Annual Business Planning, value chain initiatives, and customer execution.
  • Provide pricing and trade guidance at both a portfolio and customer level, assessing risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee post-promotion analysis and continuously optimize promotional cadence, depth, and mechanics, including eCommerce-specific tactics.

  • 8+ years' experience in RGM, Sales Finance or Commercial Planning.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to shape long-term strategy and translate it into actionable plans.
