Your Impact

Lead the evolution of a global mobile equipment reliability program that improves equipment performance, availability, safety, and lifecycle value. You will drive strategies, standardize best practices, and partner with teams across the business to reduce downtime, increase reliability, and support operational excellence.

As Part of Our Team, You Will

  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for mobile equipment.
  • Lead reliability programs that improve equipment performance, availability, and longevity.
  • Analyze equipment performance data and provide insights that drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct and oversee root cause analyses for significant equipment failures and incidents.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to mobile equipment operations.
  • Standardize and implement reliability best practices across multiple sites and regions.
  • Create performance monitoring systems to proactively identify reliability issues.
  • Deliver training and coaching on reliability methodologies, defect elimination, and root cause analysis.
  • Partner with engineering, maintenance, operations, safety, and asset management teams to achieve reliability objectives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.


Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or significant equivalent technical experience; reliability certifications are advantageous.
  • Significant experience in asset reliability, mobile equipment maintenance, risk management, and asset strategy development.
  • Advanced knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance, defect elimination, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and diverse operating environments.

  • Global leadership role supporting mobile equipment reliability across multiple operations and regions.
  • Regular collaboration with internal stakeholders, business partners, contractors, consultants, and regulators.
  • Flexible work schedule required to support international teams and business priorities across multiple time zones.
  • International travel is expected.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $168,800- 253,260. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.
