As Part of Our Team, You Will- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for mobile equipment.
- Lead reliability programs that improve equipment performance, availability, and longevity.
- Analyze equipment performance data and provide insights that drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct and oversee root cause analyses for significant equipment failures and incidents.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to mobile equipment operations.
- Standardize and implement reliability best practices across multiple sites and regions.
- Create performance monitoring systems to proactively identify reliability issues.
- Deliver training and coaching on reliability methodologies, defect elimination, and root cause analysis.
- Partner with engineering, maintenance, operations, safety, and asset management teams to achieve reliability objectives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or significant equivalent technical experience; reliability certifications are advantageous.
- Significant experience in asset reliability, mobile equipment maintenance, risk management, and asset strategy development.
- Advanced knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance, defect elimination, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work effectively across global teams and diverse operating environments.
Your Work Environment- Global leadership role supporting mobile equipment reliability across multiple operations and regions.
- Regular collaboration with internal stakeholders, business partners, contractors, consultants, and regulators.
- Flexible work schedule required to support international teams and business priorities across multiple time zones.
- International travel is expected.

The salary range offered for this role is USD $168,800- 253,260. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.
