Job Summary

Responsibilities

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead and manage regional project managers, overseeing the delivery of programs and projects
  • Direct work efforts, review integrated project plans, escalate resource needs and drive issue resolution
  • Guide the integration of projects, adjusting scope, timing and budgets to align with business priorities
  • Support direct report project managers through performance reviews and continuous improvement monitoring
  • Act as the single point of contact for the Corporate SPMO team, assigning projects within your regional team
  • Maintain and prioritize the Regional Road Map, ensuring updates and evaluations are consistently performed
  • Create and track reports measuring project impacts and effectiveness using company-wide field operations metrics

Working Conditions
  • Office environment with travel required, estimated at 25 percent within the regional footprint

Education
