Full Job Description
Position Summary:

The Director of Recruiting provides leadership and oversight for recruiting operations across assigned states. This role ensures consistent, efficient full cycle recruiting practices, manages recruiter performance, strengthens applicant pipelines, and executes recruitment strategies in partnership with the Vice President of Recruiting & Onboarding.

This position is 100% on-site

Primary Responsibilities:
• Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Oversee full cycle recruiting operations across assigned markets to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality of hire
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiting teams to achieve hiring goals and performance expectations.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and workforce needs to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
• Partner with Operations and HR leadership to align staffing strategies with organizational priorities.
• Support the development and execution of recruitment and retention strategies to maintain required staffing levels
• Analyze recruiting metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
• Foster a positive, people-first culture that promotes accountability, engagement, and professional growth
• Ensure compliance with hiring standards, documentation requirements, and company policies.

• Must be compliant with company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Participate and contribute to weekly, bi-week or monthly leadership calls. Be prepared to report on applicable KPIs that best reflect the performance of your team.
• Preserve and protect the privacy, confidentiality and security of all medical records, proprietary and other confidential information relating to Beacon Specialized Living, its Individuals, Team Members, activities and affiliates, in accordance with all applicable laws (especially HIPAA) and contract terms.

• Follow Beacon's policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Cooperates with Beacon Specialized Living, the Department of Human Services (DHS) staff or any other regulatory body during any inspection, investigation or inquiry.
• Accept other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or similar field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Must pass criminal background checks, central registry check (in applicable states) and child abuse registry (in applicable states).
• Must complete and pass a drug test, in applicable states.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language.
• Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs.
• Ability to use office equipment, including BSLS information technology systems.
