Responsibilities

The Community Health Partners (CHP) Director of Quality and Medical Staff Services is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on the comprehensive quality program, including clinical quality performance, safety, patient experience, nursing and medical assistance practice, and medical staff services related to credentialing and peer review. Responsible for ensuring an integrated quality program to effectively and efficiently measure, assess, and continuously improve the quality of care and service of the foundation and clinically integrated network, while remaining compliant with all NCQA, HEDIS, STARS, and federal and state regulatory and legal standards.The Director serves as an administrative leader supporting the CMO in achieving the organization's clinical quality, safety, compliance, and performance objectives.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business, or relevant field required

• Master's Degree preferred

Experience

• 5 years of professional nursing experience in a healthcare setting required

• 5 years of recent experience in quality, regulatory, credentialing, privileging, accreditation, peer review, or a comparable position required

• 2 years of leadership experience required

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
