Job DescriptionAs Director, Promotion and Communications, you will play a key role in developing, aligning, and executing the go-to-market strategy for the Individual Insurance, Savings, and Retirement sectors.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, Communications and Implementation, you will actively contribute to the sector's strategic planning and serve as a trusted advisor in achieving business objectives. You will lead a team of approximately 20 employees to support business growth while creating value for our partners and clients.

What You'll Accomplish With Us
As Director, Promotion and Communications, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the development and execution of the business strategy for the Individual Insurance, Savings, and Retirement sector.
- Leading the go-to-market, promotion, and communication strategies for individual insurance, savings, and retirement products.
- Guiding the team in the delivery of impactful, differentiated campaigns tailored to target audiences, market competition, and partner needs.
- Monitoring market trends and competitive positioning to help shape promotion and communication strategies.
- Defining marketing and communication budgets and ensuring effective budget tracking and management.
- Acting as a strategic advisor and business partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Leading, coaching, and engaging team members to successfully deliver initiatives and achieve business objectives.

- Is known for their ability to advise senior leadership teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Has over 15 years of experience in marketing and corporate communications, including at least 5 years leading teams.
- Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Has an advanced level of French and an intermediate level of English, as the role requires communicating, advising, and coordinating promotional and communication initiatives with partners, internal clients, and teams located across Canada on a frequent basis.
