Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, environmental science and policy, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in project and infrastructure finance roles, including managerial responsibilities.
• 3 years of advanced financial modeling and analysis experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Excel Add-ins, particularly Operis Analysis Kit (OAK) and FAST Modeling Standard.
• Familiarity with marketing intelligence and deal databases, including IJGlobal, Inframation, and Capital IQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project finance debt transactions and tax equity financings.
• Mentor and train Analysts, Associates, and Managers in the Project Finance team.
• Manage and review complex financial models relevant to financing structures.
• Review, negotiate, and finalize financing documentation.
• Oversee the due diligence process with various professionals including engineers and legal teams.
• Facilitate coordination between business development, finance, legal, and operations for project bankability.
