Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, NPI, supply chain, supplier quality, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in manufacturing.
• Strong skills in scheduling, risk management, communication, and organization.
• Familiarity with processes such as APQP, PPAP, FAI, and tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Power BI is preferred.
• Experience in gas turbine, aerospace, power generation, or heavy industrial sectors is a plus.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills required.
• Candidates must pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of NPI, second-source, and supplier qualification projects.
• Develop integrated schedules and dependencies for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and conduct regular program reviews.
• Ensure completion of required stage-gate deliverables before project advancement.
• Track progress on supplier readiness, tooling, samples, and production approvals.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans while escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintain project trackers and executive dashboards for visibility.
• Coordinate costs related to qualification and supplier payments.
