What are your contributions to the team?

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of new product development programs, from concept through delivery, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Translate senior leadership vision and strategic priorities into clear, structured, and measurable objectives for program teams.
  • Drive execution in highly dynamic and uncertain environments, ensuring adaptability while maintaining program discipline and governance.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams across engineering, product development, manufacturing, and support functions to deliver complex solutions.
  • Facilitate critical decision-making processes, balancing technical, operational, financial, and customer considerations.
  • Establish and maintain robust program management practices, including planning, risk management, change management, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure strong alignment between engineering, R&D, and product development teams to support innovation and efficient product realization.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, proactively implementing mitigation and recovery plans to drive successful program outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within program teams.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to program managers and team members, strengthening organizational capability.
  • Foster strong communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.


How to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 10-15+ years of professional experience in Engineering, Program Management, R&D, or Product Development.
  • Strong background in either Engineering or Program Management, with demonstrated experience delivering complex development programs.
  • Proven experience working in R&D or New Product Development environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and uncertainty, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
