Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Director, Program Management to our team.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations or Business Unit Leader, the Director, Program Management will lead strategic customer programs across SMT, PCBA, Box Build, Automotive, Cloud, and enterprise product portfolios from quotation through New Product Introduction (NPI), ramp, and mass production. This role serves as the executive interface between customers and internal organizations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, operational excellence, profitable growth, and successful lifecycle management of complex manufacturing programs.

The Director, Program Management will drive commercial strategy, customer engagement, program execution, financial performance, and cross-functional alignment while maintaining full accountability for revenue growth, profitability, delivery performance, quality, and customer relationships. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic business direction while leading high-impact customer portfolios across multiple manufacturing technologies and industries.

What a Typical Day Looks Like
  • Serve as the executive sponsor and primary escalation point for strategic customer accounts, building trusted relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction across all phases of program execution.
  • Lead customer programs from RFQ, quotation, contract negotiation, business award, NPI, production launch, and sustaining manufacturing while driving successful commercialization and operational readiness.
  • Own P&L performance for assigned customer portfolios, managing revenue growth, margin expansion, cost optimization, forecasting, and overall business performance.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver customer commitments related to quality, cost, delivery, inventory, and service objectives.
  • Drive executive customer reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), strategic planning sessions, risk mitigation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives while identifying opportunities for business growth and portfolio expansion.

The Experience We're Looking to Add to the Team
  • Strong customer management, commercial leadership, program management, and operational execution experience in complex manufacturing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
  • Typically requires 12+ years of progressive experience in Program Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Customer Business Management, or related disciplines.
  • Typically requires 5+ years of leadership experience managing large customer portfolios, cross-functional teams, and strategic business operations.
  • Proven experience supporting Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environments, including SMT, PCBA, Box Build, and System Integration operations.
  • Demonstrated success managing automotive electronics, cloud infrastructure products, enterprise computing systems, industrial products, or high-reliability manufacturing programs.
  • Extensive experience managing multimillion-dollar customer accounts, complex product portfolios, and customer-facing commercial activities.
  • Strong knowledge of quoting, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, P&L management, cost modeling, and margin optimization.
  • Expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI), product commercialization, production ramp management, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain strategy, manufacturing operations, inventory management, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional organizations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive presentation skills.
