Your Role

The CMO Medicare team is responsible for leading clinical operational strategy for Medicare. The Director Program and Project Management will report to the CMO Medicare. In this role you will be responsible for the organization programmatic improvement in clinical redesign as needed to fit the unique needs and ensure quality and outcomes of our Medicare members. Responsibilities

Your Work

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the execution and implementation of large-scale, complex Medicare strategic initiatives
  • Drive success in Multiple Clinical Initiatives for MA Affordability and Payment Integrity
  • Coordinate the programmatic design and program management of the Medicare Tiger teams deliverables using workstream mapping
  • Develop and manage of Medicare QI department operating budget and human capital plan to hit enterprise targets
  • Partner with Finance, Data analytics and actuarial teams to track and guide KPIs to optimize clinical Medicare performance and value
  • Coordinate and run cross functional meetings, create presentations and track and drive clinical project plans, workstreams to KPIs.
  • Ensure Medicare affordability and payment integrity initiatives are organized so that programs are resourced, managed, and tracked efficient and aligned to the organization's goals


Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 10 years prior relevant experience, including 6 years of management experience
  • Medicare Business line experience
  • Change management experience- LEAN, Six Sigma
  • Super communication, organizational and motivational skills
  • Healthcare and Consulting experience a plus
  • AI/ Advanced Excel/ Copilot/ finance/ data analytics knowledge and background needed
