We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Product Solutions Specialist to join our Deposit Enablement Group within the Liquidity & Margin Platform. This role is located in New York.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Identifies opportunities, shapes the design, and orchestrates the end-to-end delivery of initiatives that span multiple Enterprise and/or Client Platforms.
  • Focuses on providing scalable solutions to meet complex client and internal stakeholder demands. Build and articulate business cases. Surface and resolve blockers that impact delivery.
  • Operates across the organization to manage the delivery of complex technology initiatives involving multiple Platforms. Align stakeholders and act as the connective tissue across all functional areas.
  • Provides deep domain and regulatory expertise for Deposit capabilities and DDA systems.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Deep understanding of Core Banking and Deposit capabilities, client solutions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven success in managing all aspects of highly complex programs and projects.
  • Communicate with clarity, tailoring message to executive, technical, and client facing audiences.
  • Experience operating in a global environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong experience in Data Products and AI based solutions.
  • Proficiency in Agile and enterprise delivery frameworks and governance.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
