The Team

Fidelity Charitable is a 501(c)(3) public charity. We help donors maximize their generosity through our donor-advised fund, called the Giving Account. Established in 1991, we are the nation’s top grantmaker, distributing $18.3 billion to charities in 2025. Fidelity’s Charitable Technology group develops the next-generation technologies that directly impacts how customers accomplish their philanthropic goals. As a member of the Fidelity Investments business unit supporting Fidelity Charitable and other philanthropic solutions for customers, companies, and financial advisors, you will help our applications evolve through hands-on software development, technical mentoring, and cross-team collaboration with a diverse, co-located engineering team, while also visualizing customer issues as drivers for internal change.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
