Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Product Development, Product Management or similar area of responsibility.
Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
Experience launching successful tech products
Strong financial acumen; ability to build and pitch business cases
Understanding of basic network and emerging tech concepts
Deep customer & industry knowledge
Creative problem solver, ability to develop solutions to hard problems
Ability to engage with various stakeholder groups

Our Director Product Management & Development earns between$174,100 - $261,100 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
