Director, Product Management, Debit Customer Experiences
This role supports our Debit Customer Experiences in our Retail Bank Product Space. We are looking for someone looking for someone with a very strong product skillset who is focused on creating a winning debit customer experience across the customer journey. From activating their cards through increasing their engagement to retaining their spend the ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong ability to prioritize and work closely with teams to understand the business drivers/context, has a strong design sense and can partner closely with Design on UX/customer needs research, and can work closely with the tech teams on well-managed delivery.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience
- At least 2 years of experience in People Management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Experience coming out of Fintech or Big Tech Corporations
- 3 + years of experience in People Management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
