Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the roadmap development and execution of our Learning Management solutions. This role will lead a high-performing team of product managers and user experience designers to build and enhance our learning management product capabilities across the healthcare provider landscape. This role reports directly to the VP, Product Management
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:- Market Analysis: lead a cross functional team of Product Managers and User Experience Designers that are responsible for ongoing research of emerging trends, competitor movement, and adjacent industry influences, identifying opportunities to prioritize new Learning Management solution capabilities and connected workflows that serve the healthcare provider market.
- Product Roadmap: drive end-to-end execution of the product development lifecycle for our full suite of Learning Management capabilities. Own the product backlog, cross-portfolio roadmap prioritization, and product OKRs. Partner with the Technology and Content Development teams to determine software development delivery milestones.
- Stakeholder Management: collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure all priorities are understood and considered. Ensure clear articulation and organizational enablement of the value proposition and differentiators for the Learning Management solution. Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies in partnership with Product Marketing.
- Performance Management: Partner with Client Care to understand how customers get value from our Learning Management solution through instrumentation and direct feedback, aligning, creating and then monitoring product adoption and overall success KPIs. Work closely with customers to prioritize new product development and address customer challenges.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class product and design team, fostering a culture of customer obsession, technical excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE: - Demonstrated record of successfully strategizing, building and scaling complex products, API ecosystems, or data infrastructure.
- Understanding of AI system design, including recommendation engines, RAG, agents, LLM pipelines, and evaluation techniques. Can converse fluently with engineers and data scientists.
- Critical thinking and adaptability to new technologies.
- Ability to apply a strategic, KPI/metrics-driven mindset.
- Flexible, cross-functional team player, especially with marketing, sales and client care disciplines, comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, continually evolving environment.
- Ability to positively influence others at all levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders and the executive suite.
- Strong presentation skills with ability to educate and inspire small groups as well as large conferences and online audiences.
- Excellent organization and people skills, with the ability to set priorities, get buy-in, problem-solve, multi-task, and work well independently.
- Exceptional communication, prioritization, collaboration and time management skills.
- 8-10 years in Product Management, with 5 years in leadership roles with SaaS Technologies.
- Understanding of technical architecture, including APIs, microservices, and interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy, Digital technologies, or a related field
IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE:- Product Management roles within Healthcare SaaS or Healthcare Technologies.
- Understanding of healthcare provider operations, regulatory requirements, and the complexities of provider ecosystem software solutions.
Additional InformationIN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their managers regularly for professional development opportunities. This role requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office. You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 40 days/quarter.
