Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of product management experience delivering enterprise software, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure.
- 5 years of experience leading product management teams.
- Domain experience in AI/ML (trajectories, evaluation, and context knowledge).
Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree, or MBA.
- Experience building and executing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies for enterprise observability, cloud operations, or large-scale B2B SaaS solutions.
- Ability to balance customer-centric requirements for autonomous cloud strategy, enabling engineering partners to deliver self-healing capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders on cloud and AI strategy.
- Expertise in synthesizing large-scale telemetry data, product metrics, and customer feedback to drive AI-native roadmaps and automate operations.

Responsibilities - Build evaluation engines and trajectory frameworks to benchmark and optimize agent performance, safety, and response quality.
- Evolve distributed tracing for agentic workflows, enabling diagnostic visibility, tool execution tracking, and auditability.
