Reporting directly to theVP ofGlobalAudit, the Director ofProductManagementensurestightalignment withEngineering,User Experience,Legal,Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Servicetocreatedifferentiated value for Auditfirms.Thisrole will help transformour existing platform,whilealsoleadingincrementalfeature releasesthatdriveadoption, retention, and monetization.Thisleaderwilldefine and executestrong Go-to-Market strategies to drive growth.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
- Partner across the organization todefine andexecutethe innovation strategyfor Auditwithin the TAA Professional Segment.
- Continuously scan theauditmarket, competitive landscape, and customer feedbacktoidentifywhitespace opportunities, unmetneeds, andemergingtechnologytrends(e.g., agentic workflows,probabilisticdecisioning, automation in evidencemanagement).Translate insights into validated business cases and product conceptswith clearfinancialoutcomes.
- Solve the needs of the market byintegratingAI, automation,agentic systems, and emerging techintoaudit workflows(planning, risk, assessment, workpapers, evidence/documentation, analytics, sign-off).Collaborate withengineeringand UXteams to embed intelligent, self-guided capabilities thataugment professional judgement, improve time-to-value, and increase feature adoption.
- Own the full lifecycle of idea incubation-from early discovery and customer research through prototyping, testing, market fit analysis, and go-to-market readiness,including pricing/packaging andmonetization.Apply lean innovation practices to iterate rapidly andtestdesirability,feasibility,usabilityandviability.
- Operate in a matrixed environment to align efforts across Product, Engineering/Architecture,UX, Operations, Sales, Marketing, andServices.Ensure visibility, coordination, and shared accountability for innovation execution and scaling.whilefollowingbest practicesforrelease governance, change management, and customer communications(supported by Product Operations).
- Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure smooth transitions from concept to commercial launch. Develop positioning andvaluemessaging, pricing/packaging, andsales enablement fornew offeringsin collaboration withMarketing and Sales.
- Define, track, and report onKPIs such as customer engagement,adoption,time-to-validation, revenue potential,attach rate,and scalability.Product success will be evaluated by metricsincluding earlyusage, adoptionrates,and revenue.Regularly communicate progress, outcomes, and learnings to executive stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic thought partnertosenior leadership. Share insights on industry disruptions, competitive dynamics, and emergingAI/agentictechnologies. Provide guidance on long-term innovation roadmaps and pilot program implications.
- Build, mentor and coacha high-performing, entrepreneurial innovation team.Foster a culture of curiosity, bold thinking, and continuous learning, whilemaintaininga disciplined,metric-driven approach to experimentation.

Job Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant fieldor equivalent experience
- Masters degree (MBA, MS in Innovation, or related field)preferred
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience inB2B SaaSproductroles and/or as a company founder and early-stage product leader
- 3+ years of managing product managers (preferred)
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
- Proventrack recordof launching successful products or services from concept to market
- Proventrack recordof defining go to market strategies, inclusive of pricing definition through to sales readiness
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, lean startup principles, and customer-centric design
- Strong business acumen with ability to evaluate opportunity size, customer impact, and strategic fit
- Experience working in or with cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Familiarity with AI, data-driven platforms, and emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to influence at all levels

Compensation:$151,700.00 - $270,950.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
