DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT: ARCHITECTURE, ENGINEERING, AND CONSTRUCTION (AEC)

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA (HYBRID)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Own the AEC product strategy and vision, define the roadmap for Egnyte's Architecture, Engineering, and Construction solutions, align with company growth objectives and revenue targets.
  • Partner with industry SMEs, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify emerging trends and translate them into differentiated product capabilities for the AEC market
  • Collaborate with AEC product managers and domain experts to shape the design and construction roadmap, prioritize features that drive adoption across project lifecycle workflows.
  • Define and drive the AI roadmap for AEC solutions, identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve project workflows, document intelligence, and data insights across the design and construction lifecycle.
  • Lead strategic conversations with customer advisory boards and key design/construction firms to validate product direction, gather market feedback, and ensure strong product-market fit.
  • Work cross-functionally with product marketing, finance, and leadership on pricing and packaging, ensuring the AEC portfolio is positioned competitively while maximizing revenue and adoption.
  • Partner closely with sales, solution engineering, and field teams to support product launches, enablement, and go-to-market execution, ensuring successful rollout and customer impact.
  • Serve as the internal champion for the AEC vertical, aligning product, marketing, and field teams around the needs of design and construction customers.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrated experience building products for the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, with deep understanding of design and construction workflows.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of product strategy, roadmap definition, and end-to-end product lifecycle execution.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring product managers, driving alignment across cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact product outcomes.
  • Strong customer engagement experience, including direct interaction with enterprise customers, industry stakeholders, and advisory boards to gather insights and validate product direction.
  • Ability to partner with sales, field, and marketing teams to support product launches, enablement, and customer adoption.


COMPENSATION:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $215k - $250k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
