Full Job Description
The Role
We're looking for a Director of Design, Growth Products to lead and scale design across our most critical growth experiences. This role owns the end-to-end design strategy for key growth surfaces including new user onboarding, product activation, expansion experiences, and cancellation/retention flows.

You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to drive measurable business impact while delivering intuitive, high-quality user experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, craft, experimentation, and people leadership.

What You'll Own
- Design strategy and execution for growth-focused product areas, including:
- New user onboarding and first-run experiences
- Product activation and adoption flows
- Monetization, upgrade, and retention experiences
- Cancellation, downgrade, and save flows
- The design vision and roadmap for growth products, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs
- A team of product designers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development
- Design quality, consistency, and usability across growth touchpoints
- A strong experimentation culture-leveraging A/B testing, data, and qualitative insights to continuously optimize experiences

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience designing B2B2C and/or SaaS products, ideally with complex workflows
- Strong background in growth, onboarding, activation, or lifecycle design
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes (activation, retention, conversion, churn reduction)
- Experience leading and scaling high-performing design teams
- Strong product thinking and the ability to balance user needs with business goals
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional partners
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

- Experience designing for agency platforms, CRM tools, or marketing technology
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and growth metrics
- Experience working in remote-first or distributed teams

The salary range for this position is $246000 - $312000 annually. (Bonus Pay included)
