ABOUT THE ROLE

Arium Networks is seeking a Director of Product & Delivery to lead Product Management, PMO, User Experience, Quality, Vendor Management, and Delivery Governance. This role is focused on defining strategy, driving execution excellence, and ensuring customer-centric outcomes, in close partnership with Engineering teams who own development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Define and drive product strategy and roadmap aligned to business and customer needs
  • Lead PMO & delivery governance to ensure predictable, transparent, and efficient execution
  • Establish and manage Centers of Excellence (CoE) for Product, PMO, UX, and Quality to standardize best practices
  • Oversee UX to deliver intuitive, consistent customer experiences
  • Define and enforce quality strategy, standards, and release readiness
  • Manage vendors and partners, including SLAs, performance, and cost optimization
  • Partner closely with Engineering to align priorities (no ownership of development)
  • Build and scale high-performing, cross-functional teams

Where you will work

This role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 2-days work from home (Friday and Monday) and 3-days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement and may require some travel as needed.

Compensation

The pay range offered for this position is $208,000 to $268,800 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives
