- In collaboration with Procurement, Supply Chain, Site Operations, and Finance, develop the future-state P2R process, system requirements, and embedded controls. Ensure the P2R process design integrates with and supports the adjacent end-to-end processes that require a strong P2R foundation.
- Develop and deploy a stepwise plan to deliver improvements in the existing ERP configuration and lead P2R design for new ERP rollouts / major upgrades, both in alignment with the future-state P2R vision.
- Lead user change management activities, deliver training programs, and provide tools to users (procedures, WIs, etc.) to embed P2R process expectations in standard work for all relevant PCI employees.
- Lead technical change management activities, such as the creation of requirements documents, user acceptance testing, and cutover plans.
- Establish processes to monitor P2R performance, intervening as required to resolve cross-functional issues and ensure consistent execution of P2R processes and controls.
- Develop and maintain control narratives, risk-control matrices, and segregation-of-duties rules for all steps in the P2R process. Partner with Internal Audit, external auditors, and compliance teams to validate control design effectiveness and prepare for future public company audits and regulatory requirements.
- Use Operational Excellence methodologies to drive ongoing improvements in P2R performance, including cycle time reduction, improved controls, and improved user experience.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field required
- 10 or more years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or shared services, with at least 5 years in a global P2R, procurement, supply chain process ownership, or transformation leadership role.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with major ERP systems, with a strong preference for JD Edwards, including configuration or functional ownership of Purchasing, Supplier/Item master data, Receiving, Inventory Management, Accounts Payable integration, and downstream fulfillment or delivery processes.
- Proven track record leading or heavily supporting at least one full-cycle ERP implementation in a multi-site, multi-business-unit environment.
- Strong business analysis, requirements elicitation, project management, testing, change management, facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- College Level Mathematical Skills
- Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.
- Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
- High Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is only limited standardization. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions that may be provided in various forms.
- High Standard of Report Writing; ability to create clear process documentation, control narratives, role-based work instructions, quick-reference guides, and job aids.
