Full Job Description
Work directly with leading private equity and hedge fund firms in the alternative asset industry, supporting key business operations under the guidance of experienced industry professionals. This role involves assisting with, executing, and reviewing a range of service-related activities to deliver high-quality client support. What you'll do • You'll support client leads across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client relationships. • You'll oversee fund operations, review financial reporting activities, and ensure compliance with partnership agreements and reporting requirements. • You'll manage capital calls, distributions, investor communications, and other key fund administration processes. • You'll coordinate with auditors, tax teams, and stakeholders while handling client inquiries and meeting critical deadlines. • You'll drive process improvements, prioritize competing responsibilities, and mentor junior team members to support team success. Qualifications • You have five plus years of experience in private equity, public accounting, or alternative investment fund accounting, supported by a Bachelors degree in Accounting • You possess strong technical and analytical expertise in alternative investment fund accounting, administration, and financial systems • You demonstrate proven leadership, team development, and collaboration skills while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment • You deliver exceptional client service, communicate professionally, and effectively manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail • You are proficient in industry-standard tools, including QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and Investran, and can adapt to demanding workloads as needed Additional Information Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
