ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Practice Management will be responsible for directly managing the Practice Managers and the Clinical Support Coordinators. Sets objectives and goals with these business segments for each clinic office. Provides leadership for operations, staffing, human resources, patient satisfaction, safety, and compliance. Works collaboratively with operation leaders to provide direction and ensure consistent, measurable goal setting and achievement takes place. Provides guidance on aligning these goals with the annual and strategic plan, in ways that ensure that clinic office environments are safe, effective, and high performing for patients, family members, and colleagues.

 

QualificationsEducation• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field required• Candidates who have 10 or more years of progressive experience within a physician practice will be allowed up to 6 years from date of hire to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field. Must provide quarterly or semester based updates on classes being taken to ensure that degree will be completed within the approved timeframe Experience• 5 years of progressive experience in managing or overseeing physician practices required• Experience utilizing EMR and practice management systems required
