Responsibilities and Impact:
Lead end-to-end Investment Review Board (IRB) execution across Commercial and Analytical portfolios, ensuring executive leadership has decision-ready materials for strategic investment and prioritization decisions
Drive portfolio coordination and prioritization as the central liaison across Ratings Technology and enterprise domains, managing cross-portfolio dependencies while maintaining alignment to strategic objectives
Own regulatory and external reporting accountability for Ratings, ensuring disciplined coordination, accuracy, and compliance with audit standards while mitigating operational risk
Orchestrate executive communication and decision-making processes, crafting compelling narratives that connect strategy execution with measurable value realization across senior leadership teams
Pioneer AI+ enablement initiatives for portfolio management, leveraging cutting-edge tools to streamline processes, enhance data insights, and improve decision-making quality and speed
Lead Portfolio and Value Stream Sync meetings, providing structured forums for cross-portfolio alignment, early risk identification, and dependency resolution with enterprise-wide visibility
Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $235,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

Basic Required Qualifications:
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-million dollar portfolios with demonstrated ability to drive strategic decision-making at executive levels
Strong expertise in financial analysis, investment evaluation frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements, particularly within ratings or financial services environments
Advanced proficiency in portfolio management tools and platforms (such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Clarity), financial modeling software, and data visualization tools (such asTableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to synthesize complex information into executive-ready materials and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units
