Full Job Description
The Director, Portfolio Growth Marketing, will be a leader responsible for identifying and translating portfolio growth opportunities across Galderma's injectable aesthetics business. This role will develop and execute key strategies that maximize portfolio growth, strengthen competitive advantage, and unlock opportunities across brands, customer segments, and the evolving aesthetics landscape.

This role will sit at the intersection of portfolio strategy, consumer and customer insights, brand marketing, commercial execution, partnering closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Finance, Insights, and other cross functional teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing who can move fluidly between big picture portfolio thinking and practical commercial execution, identify where the business can win, and turn complex market dynamics into clear choices and action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead US Injectable Aesthetics portfolio assessment to define market opportunities, threats and whitespace; deliver portfolio growth priorities and an actionable roadmap.
  • Own the market and category plan, integrating KTL insights, congress and publications, field input and industry trends; delivering ad hoc and routine executive intelligence and strategic reports.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across the portfolio, including field force communications, sales training, response plans, competitive playbooks, readiness plans and sales/marketing tools, including keeping updated libraries of competitive tools. Establish KPIs and report on key metrics throughout execution.
  • Build business cases for differentiated portfolio growth programs as directed by the leadership team. Examples include new approaches for external facing teams, and unique strategies to build growth in Galderma's loyalty and service models.
  • Lead cross functional strategic initiatives and operating forums, including competitive readiness, congress intelligence, and portfolio reviews and follow through on priorities.
  • Ensure that portfolio brand strategies are executed with a high attention to detail and a focus on 360-plan implementation across company channels.
  • Ensure content development and promotional materials follow internal review/approval processes and local regulations.
  • Support operational and execution capabilities, as required.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required. Prior experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
  • 8-12 years of relevant industry experience in large, complex organization.
  • Aesthetics industry experience required. Relevant Pharmaceutical/medical device industry experience highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to think strategically as well as execute and implement.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with upstream partners and drive tactical, downstream marketing activities.
  • Must be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks at same time.
  • Travel estimated up to 30%

Compensation

The target base salary range for this role is $196,000-$246,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role. Where pay falls withing the range may vary based on many factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, skills, experience, education, certifications, location and applicable geographic pay zones, market conditions, internal equity and business considerations. Compensation decisions are made based on an assessment of the candidate's qualifications and the totality of relevant factors.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an annual short-term incentive program, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
