Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Platform Delivery Lead to help drive the successful delivery of critical platform initiatives across our organization. This leader will oversee the planning, coordination and execution of complex programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment across business, product, technology and operations teams. This role is located in New York City.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-Platform book of work; translate platform strategy and product roadmaps into executable delivery plans; ensure execution and output align to Objective Key Results strategic intent
- Ensure alignment of demand to capacity through capacity forecasting, planning, and capitalization across platforms and practices
- Own cross-group risk governance and escalation management to protect committed platform outcomes
- Own cross-group execution governance and decision forums to resolve sequencing, scope and capacity conflicts in alignment with platform priorities
- Ensure delivery conforms to the enterprise delivery framework, including: policies, procedures, standards, best practices and standard tooling
- Responsible for driving cross-platform product or capability adoption and speed to market by removing barriers, facilitating communication and tracking progress to ensure timely and widespread implementation.
- Own integrity and transparency of platform delivery data, controls and reporting
- Develop talent pipelines, mentor leaders and practitioners; foster craft excellence; model accountability and high performance
- Champion responsible AI use in delivery; apply AI to drive flow optimization within policy guardrails.
- 15-20 years leading large-scale delivery across business, engineering and operations; significant senior leadership experience in complex matrix environments
- Proven success delivering cross-platform programs, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation with measurable commercial impact
- Deep understanding of the intersection of technology, operations, and client experience; translate strategy and product vision into executable delivery plans
- An Executive presence; clear, structured communication; influence across senior stakeholders
- Resource and capacity planning for global teams; organization design for high performance; effective matrix leadership and collaboration
- Fluency with delivery tooling (e.g. JIRA) and enterprise reporting, strong evidence and controls discipline; stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Resilience and adaptability; structured problem solving; continuous improvement mindset; decisive under pressure; connector across senior leadership

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
