This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Dallas, TX, McLean, VA, Memphis, TN, or Remote

Join Hilton's Platform Activation team, where we turn strategic commercial priorities into solutions that are effectively delivered, broadly adopted and built to create lasting value for guests, hotels, owners and the enterprise. As a Director, Platform Activation, you will lead the program management strategy and execution for a global, high-value Hilton program. Reporting to the Senior Director, Platform Activation, you will bring strong technical, strategic and leadership capabilities to a fully remote team and an award-winning hospitality company culture.

What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Lead regular program syncs and steering committee meetings.
  • Monitor and report on program KPIs, status, and risks.
  • Resolve cross-team blockers and escalate issues as needed.
  • Guide and support project, change managers and program team members, fostering collaboration and alignment within the program.
  • Manage your team members and direct their work.

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Act as the bridge between executive leadership, strategy/business, product/technology, and other teams.
  • Translate progress of the program into progress against Hilton's strategic and commercial objectives and report progress regularly.
  • Align roadmaps, dependencies, delivery and resources across departments to minimize conflict and maximize delivery.
  • Collaborate on budget planning, resource allocation, hiring forecasts, and vendor contracts where relevant.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
  • Program Business case management.
  • Program Steering Committee, Governance and Council (as applicable).
  • Program charters and execution plans.
  • Status reports, executive dashboards, and risk assessments.
What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Ten (10) years of professional work experience
  • Five (5) years of work experience in program management, project management, organizational change management or some combination of the above
  • Travel up to 20%

It would be useful if you have:
  • PMP, PgMP or Agile certification, PROSCI/CCMP Certification, or similar
  • Experience using PROSCI methodology, tools, principles, and application including understanding and validating experience applying the ADKAR model
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet or other project planning tools
  • Hospitality Experience

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $130,000 - $175,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
