Qualifications

• Basic experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety management required.
• Minimum of 3 years of hospital experience in Plant Operations preferred.
• Familiarity with hospital-associated codes is essential.
• Experience managing all Facilities-related departments such as EVS, Security, Biomed, and Grounds.
• Strong understanding of facility buildings, equipment, and utilities required.
• Valid state driver's license is necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree in engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs all work associated with the physical plant and ancillary systems including Engineering and Security.
• Manages construction and remodeling projects under the guidance of organizational leadership.
• Acts as a liaison between the Medical Center and contracted personnel or vendors for Facilities-related work.
• Presents a positive image of the hospital to patients and visitors.
• Oversees compliance with safety standards and protocols across departments.
