Director Personalized Health System Summary:

  • The Director, Personalized Health Services provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and business development for BayCare's Concierge, Longevity, and Executive Health service line.
  • This role serves as a key leader in building and scaling a differentiated, membership-based care model that delivers exceptional access, personalized experiences, and optimal clinical outcomes for patients.
  • The Director will partner closely with physician leadership, business development, clinical institutes, ambulatory operations, BayCare Medical Group (BMG) and system stakeholders to position premium services as a strategic growth platform for BayCare.
  • This role ensures seamless integration across service lines and care settings, enabling a highly coordinated, frictionless patient experience across the continuum of care.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Program Development:

  • Lead the development and execution of a system-wide premium services strategy.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, and new service offerings.
  • Partner with executive and physician leaders to establish clinical, operational, and service line standards.
  • Establish short- and long-term business plans with clear KPIs and financial targets.


Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee day-to-day service line operations for all clinic and program sites.
  • Manage dedicated partnerships, including community, employer, and possible sports relationships.
  • Design & implement scalable operating models that support physician practice and geographic expansion.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on deployment of AI, predictive analytics, and digital tolls to enhance the personalized health services.
  • Ensure readiness for new program launches and expansion.


Financial & Business Performance:

  • Significantly scale the program with a high-growth venture and start-up mentality
  • Owns the financial performance of BayCare Signature Services as a growth platform, accountable for revenue generation, margin performance, and long-term sustainability.
  • Designs and evolve the business model to maximize market opportunity, financial return, and alignment with BayCare's enterprise growth strategy.


Physician & Stakeholder Partnership:

  • Champions physician partnership as a cornerstone of the premium services model, ensuring alignment between clinical excellence, service differentiation, and business performance.
  • Leads cross-system alignment to integrate premium services across the continuum, enabling a seamless, frictionless patient journey.


Patient Experience & Service Excellence:

  • Establish and maintain a differentiated, high-touch patient experience aligned with premium services expectations.
  • Coordinate across BayCare service lines and care settings to ensure a seamless, frictionless patient journey, including expedited access, coordinated referrals, and continuity of care across the system.
  • Monitor patient feedback and implement service improvements.


Growth Marketing & Access:

  • Leads the strategic growth and positioning of personalized services across BayCare.
  • Shapes market strategy to enhance differentiation and long-term competitiveness.
  • Expands and optimizes access models to improve how, where, and when patients engage with premium services.
  • Aligns premium services offerings with enterprise growth priorities and system strategies.
  • Drives consumer engagement and network utilization through integrated, system-wide access and service design.


Minimum Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • Minimum: 7+ years of healthcare operations leadership or leading key strategic business development initiatives experience
    • OR 4 years of healthcare operations leadership or leading key strategic business development initiatives with a master's degree in business, finance or healthcare.
  • Strong financial and operational expertise


Preferred:

  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related field)
  • Experience with concierge medicine or alternative care models
  • Experience leading service lines and/or practice operations.
  • Experience in large integrated health system

BayCare Ballpark is a baseball stadium located in Clearwater, Florida, in the United States. The stadium was built in 2004 and has a maximum seating capacity of 8,500 people. The ballpark is the spring training home of the Philadelphia Phillies, and also the home of their Class A affiliate, the Clearwater Threshers of the Florida State League.
