Job Summary

The SC Fulfillment Planning Market Director leads global fulfillment planning across all markets, ensuring strong execution, alignment with business priorities, and delivery of operational performance.

The role drives consistency across markets, improves customer experience, conversion, inventory, and financial outcomes, and leads large-scale transformation and standardization initiatives across a global organization.

The role is accountable for the development and deployment of fulfillment strategies and capabilities that enable scalable, effective planning worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Simplify and strengthen governance and operating cadence, including improving effectiveness of market calls, escalation flows, and decision-making with Customer Operations
  • Align and stabilize fulfillment planning execution across all markets, ensuring consistent ways of working and clear accountability at market level
  • Improve performance across customer experience, conversion, inventory, and financial outcomes), with targeted focus on:
    • Conversion improvement across markets (including Workstations where relevant)
    • Customer experience (accurate ship dates, OTIF, speed metrics)
    • Inventory health and reduction of aged inventory
  • Strengthen demand shaping and execution levers at market level, including:
    • Demand shaping and prioritization
    • Pre-build strategies and market readiness
    • Close coordination with Customer Ops on supply allocation and commitments
    • Strong alignment with key internal stakeholders and external supply chain partners to improve execution effectiveness and responsiveness
  • Drive consolidation and optimization of market leadership structures and ways of working, including alignment across regions (e.g., EU) and capability uplift (e.g., LATAM)
  • Strengthen reporting, visibility, and data quality to enable better market-level decision-making
  • Prioritize actions through data-driven insights and performance transparency (conversion, backlog, execution gaps)
  • Advance the use of automation and AI to improve planning efficiency, visibility, and execution consistency
  • Optimize cost structure through resource allocation, location strategy, and organizational efficiency
  • Strengthen organizational capability and leadership bench, including:
    • Succession planning for critical roles
    • Upskilling on execution, analytics, and business acumen
    • Consistent organization design across markets


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
