Job Description
  • As part of a delivery team and in conjunction with both Clients, design professionals, expeditors, legal advisors, and contractors, coordinate and manage the entitlement and permitting processes on behalf of Clients.
  • Develop and maintain a Permit Schedule tracking all submission (i.e. survey, studies and relevant design documents), review, and approval milestones, highlighting current progress and critical path.
  • Provide support for Owner during meetings and hearings with various Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) as it relates to the projects.
  • Manage water consumption & air quality emissions (NOx, NH3, HCL) Monitor regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including environmental, safety, and building codes.
  • Lead utility coordination with various public and private utility providers, including water, wastewater, electric, and natural gas
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.


Qualifications
  • Experience in working with the following agencies:
    • USACE,
    • PennDot,
    • PADEP,
    • FAA,
    • PECO,
    • PIDC (Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation)
    • City of Philadelphia (PWD, PGW, Licenses & Inspection, Streets Department, etc.).
  • Ability to work full-time on site in Philadelphia at client location


Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $240K-$260K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
