Position in this function is responsible for the leadership, management, and oversight of all non-patient facing clinical operations that support safe, timely, and accurate patient care across Kelsey Seybold Clinic. This includes oversight of prescription refill workflows, diagnostic test result communication, clinical advice lines, nurse triage, and related clinical support functions. The Director provides strategic direction for PCC service delivery, ensures compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, and leads multidisciplinary collaboration with physicians, clinic operations, IT, Pharmacy, Quality, and other departments. The role ensures that PCC operations meet organizational goals for patient safety, clinical quality, efficiency, and patient experience.

Years of post-high school education can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience.
Required Qualifications:- Registered Nurse (RN), active and in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations, care management, nurse triage, or similar healthcare support environments OR For internal employees: 7+ years of experience in a strategic leadership or operations management role within Kelsey Seybold
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical operational plans
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present information concisely and influence decisions
- Proven ability to develop staff, build high performing teams, and lead through change
- Solid analytical skills used to design, implement, monitor, and adjust operational processes and performance metrics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across clinical and administrative teams
Preferred Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience managing clinical operations in a large multi-specialty medical practice, integrated delivery system, health plan, or centralized clinical support center
- Experience with Epic electronic health record workflows, especially In Basket, triage protocols, and clinical task routing
- Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams (RNs, LVNs, medical assistants, pharmacists, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Access
- Advanced proficiency with Epic clinical modules and reporting tools

The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
