Full Job Description
Provides strategic direction, budgetary, and operational oversight for all Fracture Care Center operations at the leadership level. Manages the development and implementation of FCC marketing strategies to promote the Center, increase awareness, and improve revenue and payer mix. Oversees the FCC management team responsible for daily operations in compliance with financial critical success factors. Develops and meets operational budgets for the Orthopedic Institute, including coordinating necessary capital spending. Manages human resources, including recruitment, selection, hiring, training, development, retention, and evaluation of team members. Provides leadership fostering collegial relations among matrix departments, managers, staff, and physicians to ensure the highest quality service. Develops long and short-term business goals and strategies for the Orthopedic Institute to ensure success in team, clinical, financial, market, and service elements. Provides oversight and direction for performance improvement activities to enhance FCC performance. Manages interdepartmental communication of key efficiency indicators surrounding orthopedic service and transfers. Oversees FCC's interface with and support of emergency transfer centers, campuses, and other regional hospitals. Directly supervises team extenders regarding all aspects of hospital service 24/7. Manages personnel to support the team and emergency department patients. Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
022 Work with multiple hospital departments, ambulatory centers, and related healthcare entities driving outcomes of exceptional quality, patient experience, and stewardship
022 Direct large physician extender practices and lead operations at multiple hospital meetings with knowledge of daily operations, strategies, customer service, managed care, and fiscal management
022 Work effectively with hospital administration, staff, clinicians, physicians, and community members
022 Develop and maintain corporate alliances and partnerships
022 Develop and coordinate marketing plans and marketing initiatives
022 Conduct financial analysis of overall orthopaedic programs
022 Effectively use computer programs to include word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, databases, accounting, and/or other computer software applications
022 Proven ability to solve problems and lead process improvement projects
022 Leadership capabilities within a complex matrix department or organizational system
Education:
022 Bachelor's [Required]
022 Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
022 Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Sports Marketing, or Business
Work Experience:
022 3+ years of management experience [Required]
022 5+ years progressive healthcare experience [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
022 Driver's License (DL) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$110,702.15 - $205,911.28
