Description
Provides executive operational leadership for the physician practices, practice-based diagnostic treatments, and related ambulatory programs comprising Brain & Spine Care. In partnership with the Physician Executive, Exec Champion, Ops Executive, & institute leadership, develops & executes strategic, operational, financial, and performance improvement plans that strengthen operations, support continued growth, & advance an integrated, high-performing neuro physician enterprise. Maintains broad accountability for practice performance, including access, growth, financial results, revenue cycle, workforce, patient experience, operational quality, capacity, productivity, & standardization. Serves as the principal ops liaison between Brain & Spine, BHMG, Strategic Planning, Finance, Rev Cycle, Managed Care, T&D, Informatics, Quality, Patient Experience, Consumer Access, Marketing, & other partners. Develops scalable operating models, implements new programs & services, & ensures consistent policies, workflows, & performance expectations across Miami, Palm Beach, Broward, Monroe, & other BH markets. Through disciplined execution, strong physician partnership, & responsible stewardship, advances patient access, operational excellence, financial sustainability, and the continued growth of Brain & Spine Care.

Extensive knowledge regarding financial, operational, research, and physician practice management, business planning, and project management etc. Ability to identify issues and opportunities and initiates plans to address. Ability to work inside a highly complex, matrixed organization and across a diverse array of community provider partners in the interest of promoting high quality, cost effective patient care. Ability to develop a common vision for diverse constituents, to communicate effectively, to sell ideas, and take ownership and responsibility for activities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters discreetly. Ability to conceptualize and conduct complex analysis (financial and marketing). Ability to appropriately evaluate all aspects of a situation and to independently make appropriate and timely decisions as well as negotiate effectively with outside entities as well as within BHSF constituencies. Excellent interpersonal/communications skills and a good command of English language, including medical and scientific terminology, excellent writing skills.
