• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in product management, wealth management, or financial services. Experience with digital platforms is a plus. • Strong interest in wealth management products and client engagement strategies. • Exposure to or experience with agile development methodologies is a plus. • The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of wealth management, digital engagement, and end-to-end experience transformation. • 7+ years of relevant experience leading and managing financial advisory technology, digital wealth / investment platforms or digital transformation in Banking & Financial Services. • Experience integrating advisor and client platforms to drive collaboration and optimize the client-advisor relationship. • Experience in vendor strategy and rationalization, selecting best-in-class wealth technology partners. • Experience in data-driven decision-making, OKRs, and Product adoption. • Ability to influence stakeholders, drive strategic investment decisions, and lead cross-functional teams. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and execution skills to drive high-impact organizational change. • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to work in a team-oriented cross-functional environment across multiple geographies.
