Overview:The Director Operations, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery directs and provide operational oversight and lead programmatic growth for the Division of Plastic Surgery including trauma, reconstruction and cosmetic surgery.
Education/Experience:- Associate Degree (required)
- Bachelors Degree (preferred) Associates Degree and 5 years leadership experience in lieu of bachelor's degree
- 5 years of Leadership (required)
- Cosmetic/Reconstructive Plastic Surgery leadership experience in a private practice or acute care setting strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:- Supervises Practice Managers and Team Coordinators assigned to one or more practices
- Develops and executes a strategic plan that aligns with the organizational objectives related to staffing, employee development, performance management, customer service/satisfaction, service delivery, quality, revenue enhancement, expense control, budgeting, regulatory compliance and facilities management.
