You'll oversee 6 Education managers and 90+ Instructors, empowering them to create an unparalleled learning environment. Your leadership will directly influence student success and shape the future of our organization.

- Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational success across education, Admissions, and Student services, Financial Aid, ensuring alignment with key performance metrics.
- Inspire and guide educational leadership, overseeing instructional teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality student experience.
- Champion campus-wide collaboration to optimize student persistence, retention, employment, and financial performance.
- Have a Strong student facing and focus with being visible and leading with humility.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top operational talent, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Business Administration or Management preferred.
- Experience: 10 years of progressive professional experience in operations or service-related industries, with 5 years in leadership or management, including P&L/budgetary responsibility.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills, with proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Skills: Ability to navigate a matrix organization and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Abilities: Must be able to sit and walk for prolonged periods, use a keyboard, and occasionally travel overnight.
