Position Summary...The (USA) Director, Operations and Implementation leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple projects and programs Globally, and at scale. They will ensure alignment with business objectives and support segment strategies. What you'll do...- Lead the development and improvement of multiple projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business initiatives and support segment strategy.
- Manage interdependencies across the implementation portfolio by assessing capacity, resources, and prioritization to meet strategic objectives.
- Design and operationalize initiatives within support segment frameworks, ensuring target associate and customer experiences are represented.
- Deploy leadership methodologies and operational processes across functions, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring execution.
- Analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective strategies, plans, and resource allocations.
- Foster talent development through recruitment, mentorship, and succession planning to maintain a skilled workforce.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships and communicate changes to gain stakeholders globally.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
