Role description

The Director role will work cross functionally across marketing groups brand growth distribution consumer creative production and data insights to drive alignment and execution of our strategic priorities We are looking for a candidate that will support key planning activities throughout the year including Marketing PMO Program Management
  • Drive program management and strategy across marketing groups
  • Brand Growth Distribution and cross functional partners.
  • Marketing and Operational Support operational and internal tool development expansion and scaling for global processes
  • Workflow Optimization Continuously analyze and streamline workflows to reduce friction for global teams
  • Executive Support Prepare executive presentations and Quarterly All Hands reviews highlights for the Global Marketing Org

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic Narrative Communications Central Repository Management Develop and maintain the central repository of strategic documents and narratives articulating the global streaming vision
  • Executive Messaging Craft compelling data driven presentations and memos for the C-suite and Board of Directors to guide key business decisions.
  • Marketing Operational Excellence Internal Tool Strategy Partner with Marketing teams to define requirements for internal tools that support operational scale and efficiency.
  • Friction Reduction Identify operational bottlenecks and implement streamlined workflows to improve speed-to-market and team agility.
  • Process Scaling Ensure marketing operations and toolsets are built to support global expansion and localized execution

Marketing PMO Cross-functional Collaboration Program Orchestration
  • Support the Marketing PMO in managing complex programs across Marketing Programming Content and Data Insights Cross-Functional Projects
  • Lead projects from conception to execution ensuring alignment on goals timelines and deliverables.
  • Strategic Point of Contact Act as a lead for strategic inquiries fostering relationships with leaders across Marketing Programming and Finance Business Planning Marketing Data Analysis
  • Performance Monitoring Support the quarterly OKR process monitoring performance and recommending corrective actions for strategic initiatives Post-Mortem Analysis Drive postmortem reviews of initiatives and OKRs to refine future strategies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or a related field 6-8 years of experience in management consulting corporate strategy investment banking or business operations within the media entertainment or technology sectors
  • Proven experience in the streaming SVOD AVOD FAST or direct-to-consumer DTC industry Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex information clearly and concisely to executive audiences
  • Proven ability to lead through influence fostering strong relationships and collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet and exceed project goals
  • Expert proficiency in Power-Point-Google Slides and Excel with experience in building data-driven presentations Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable recommendations

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree required MBA preferred.
  • Experience working in a global capacity
  • A deep passion for and knowledge of the television film and digital content landscape
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced matrixed organization Entrepreneurial spirit with a high tolerance for ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with data visualization and project management tools eg. Airtable Tableau Looker is a plus
