Full Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and exceptionally skilled Director, OPMO 9.14.26 to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing central initiatives and ensuring the flawless completion of our projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to successfully implement and manage our New Product Introduction (NPI) and Global Supply Chain (GSC) portfolios.

What You'll Do
  • Direct the NPI and GSC Program Management function, setting portfolio priorities, operating plans, and performance objectives aligned with business strategy.
  • Coordinate and drive the execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Global Supply Chain (GSC) portfolios, encouraging collaboration across business units.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans and objectives for NPI and GSC.
  • Establish and maintain outstanding project governance, ensuring compliance with PMI or equivalent experience standards and organizational guidelines.
  • Identify risks and issues, define mitigation and contingency strategies, and ensure clear communication for both managed projects and GSC.
  • Advance innovation, operational excellence, and efficiency, ensuring new products are introduced within set timeframes and budgets.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with key collaborators, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies and guidelines for NPI and portfolio management, ensuring continuous learning and process improvements.
  • Apply data-driven decision-making to drive portfolio optimization, important metric tracking, and transparent reporting.
  • Inspire change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies, processes, and business improvements.


What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of dynamic portfolio/program leadership experience, including accountability for complex, business-critical portfolios and functional outcomes.
  • 5+ years of people/functional leadership experience with accountability for staffing, performance, prioritization, and business outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred in engineering, supply chain, operations, or business strategy, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
  • PMI Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred; PMP certification required.
  • Background in supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, or gaming industry operations is strongly preferred.
  • Skilled in project and portfolio management software, such as Microsoft Project, Planview, and data analytics platforms.
  • Expertise in enterprise portfolio management, governance, and business transformation strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience advising and influencing senior/executive leaders on strategic priorities, resource trade-offs, and significant business decisions.
  • Strong group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills are critical.
  • Financial competence with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and prioritization.
  • Experience leading large-scale, sophisticated global initiatives in high-growth or regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop complementary teams, encouraging an environment of equity and inclusion.
