EMS Director 6 Baptist Health La GrangeBaptist Health La Grange is seeking an experienced EMS Director to provide overall leadership and management of emergency medical services for the Oldham County EMS division. This position plans, develops, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates EMS operations while establishing departmental goals, policies, performance standards, and strategic direction. The EMS Director oversees departmental budgets, prepares operational reports for Board meetings, evaluates emerging EMS trends and technology, and ensures the delivery of safe, efficient, high-quality patient care. The Director also serves as a public information resource for EMS, represents Baptist Health La Grange within the community, and serves as Incident Commander during large-scale or high-acuity events requiring supervisory leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of three years EMS leadership experience in a management operations or director level EMS role.
Kentucky Paramedic Certification required.
BLS HCP, EPC, ACLS, NALS required/will be required within 6 months of hire.
A valid driver's license is required.
