REPORTS TO: Senior Clinical Administrator
STARTING WAGE: $97,775 - $132,250 per year, adjusted for relevant education and experience.

In this pivotal executive leadership role, you will provide the overarching vision and clinical oversight for our residential programs and outpatient clinic settings. Grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and best practices, you will empower a high-performing team, drive high-impact research, and champion exceptional care for children, adolescents, and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
What You'll Do- Design, direct, and elevate clinical service delivery across outpatient and residential settings using ABA principles.
- Shape the vision and operational standards for quality treatment, program evaluation, and strategic planning.
- Provide specialized consultative support for individuals exhibiting complex behavioral and emotional disorders.
- Direct, mentor, and empower a strong leadership team, including:
- Clinical Psychologist
- Clinical Director of Licensed Settings
- Assistant Program Director
- Intake & Support Specialist
- Outpatient Services Director

- Partner with the CFO to construct, monitor, and manage the annual program budget.
- Oversee efficient, accurate billing systems and robust clinical documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with BACB Ethical Codes, contractual standards, licensing requirements, and accreditation bodies.
- Serve as a key liaison to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, educational institutions, faculty, and external community partners.
Required:
- Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (with coursework in behavior principles, ABA, and research methods).
- Certification: Current BCBA certification.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical experience designing and implementing evidence-based treatments for individuals with challenging behaviors.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to design and measure treatment programs and adapt care based on clinical changes.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams, clients, and families.
Preferred: - Ph.D. in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Michigan Child Caring Institution (or out-of-state equivalent).
- Qualification to serve as Chief Administrator under BCAL regulations.
- Background in residential clinical programs.
