Opportunity OverviewTeam Overview: The Workplace Business Segment is seeking a highly influential and strategic leader to join the team as a Director of Workplace Strategy and Solutions. In this highly visible role, you will partner with the Workplace Leadership Team and functional areas across the firm to translate strategy into execution and lead the development and integration of new workplace capabilities. As part of an emerging business segment, you will have the opportunity to produce meaningful results and help position the firm for new market opportunities.
What You'll Do: - Champion the introduction of a new strategic capability for the Workplace Segment, creating the roadmap for enterprise adoption and scaling to support future growth and market differentiation.
- Identify and unlock new client and plan opportunities by developing strategies that expand the segment's reach into emerging workplace markets and unmet client needs.
- Translate strategic vision into executable business plans by partnering with product, operations, technology, service, risk, legal, and marketing teams to build the capabilities required for successful growth.
- Establish the operating model, governance structure, and cross-functional partnerships needed to embed and scale the capability across the enterprise.
- Monitor market adoption, client outcomes, and business performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategy and accelerate growth and value creation.
Position RequirementsWhat Experience You Need: - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, integration management, or strategic planning
- Experience leading strategic initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations across products, field management, marketing, legal and compliance and other functions
- Proven ability to shape a long-term strategic vision and translate into execution plans across functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect market trends, competitive dynamics, and business performance
- Demonstrated ability to forecast, plan, and maximize capital allocation to realize business value and generate results
- Ability to establish and forge external partnerships to meet client needs and scale
