Responsibilities

• Establish metrics to evaluate efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
• Review and analyze existing business procedures.
• Implement policies to enhance daily operation effectiveness.
• Ensure safe and adequate work environments.
• Oversee departmental goals in manufacturing, purchasing, and sales.
• Direct and manage budget forecasting and cost control to meet financial goals.
• Communicate changes in policies and procedures to staff effectively.
• Enhance customer service through procedural improvements.
• Coordinate efforts among operations, engineering, and customer service for cost-effective processes.
• Project a positive company image to stakeholders.
• Participate in hiring and training departmental managers.
