NuMark Credit Union is seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Director of Treasury Management to develop and lead our Treasury Management business line. This is an exciting opportunity to build and enhance treasury solutions that help business members efficiently manage their cash flow, mitigate risk, and achieve their financial goals.

This leader will oversee the strategy, sales, operations, pricing, risk management, and delivery of Treasury Management services, while partnering across the organization to drive deposit growth, fee income, and an exceptional member experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute the overall Treasury Management strategy, ensuring products and services remain competitive, relevant, and member-focused.
  • Lead the growth of Treasury Management solutions, including Positive Pay, ACH Origination, Wire Services, Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, Autobooks, and real-time payments.
  • Partner with business members to understand their needs and recommend customized treasury solutions that enhance efficiency and support growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Lending, Operations, Compliance, Digital Services, and Sales teams to create a seamless member experience.
  • Establish pricing strategies, profitability models, underwriting standards, and risk controls that support sustainable growth.
  • Monitor fraud, transaction risk, and operational controls while ensuring compliance with regulatory and BSA/AML requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, product performance, and member feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead vendor relationships, system enhancements, and implementation efforts to optimize service delivery.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Treasury Management team.
  • Track pipeline activity, business development efforts, and key performance indicators to achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or business and a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Treasury Management operations and sales.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), or other relevant risk or payments certifications preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management products, commercial payments, and electronic banking platforms required.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with business owners and senior financial decision-makers are required.
  • Risk assessment and control expertise related to ACH, wires, fraud prevention, and transaction monitoring required.
  • Financial acumen, including pricing analysis, revenue modeling, and profitability assessment required.

Compensation Range (Exempt): $107,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually. This pay range is based on a consideration of neutral factors and criteria such as required qualifications, experience, education, skill, training, certifications, and seniority.
