Annual Salary: $176,300-$213,300

Your Responsibilities:- Develop and execute Chapa-De's enterprise technology strategy, aligning infrastructure, clinical applications, and digital initiatives with organizational and patient care goals.
- Lead the organization's information security and risk management programs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, data governance standards, cybersecurity best practices, and tribal data sovereignty considerations.
- Oversee technology operations, vendor partnerships, and managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing systems that support employees and patients.
- Inspire and develop high-performing technology teams while fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Experience and SkillsQualifications:- 8-10 years' progressively responsible IT leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor's Degree in health care administration, business or information technology, cybersecurity or related field.
- Track record of designing and implementing security solutions and best practices in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with EHR management, regulatory oversight, information security management, voice/telecommunications and IT operations.
- Proven experience establishing or maturing a data governance program in a healthcare setting.
